Clara Nunez Louisville Realtor is originally from Guayaquil, Ecuador where she graduated as an Electrical Engineer. Afterwards she studied in Spain where she obtained a Master’s in Business Administration
(MBA) degree.
Soon after completing her MBA, she moved to Louisville, Kentucky in the year 2,000 where she married her husband, Sean. They have two children, Emilia who is a senior in high school and Eva who is in middle school. In 2023, it will be their 23rd wedding anniversary.
Clara has been a licensed realtor since 2007 and has experience selling and buying real estate for first time homebuyers, second homes and investments in Kentucky.
She provides referrals for Kentucky and other states, and loves referrals from her clients, family, and friends. She has experience working with Buyer Assistance programs, lenders, and real estate professionals.
