Vivian Marin is a real estate agent of Elite KY Homes since 2020. There, she has had the pleasure of assisting clients in various transactions, especially first-time homebuyers and investors.
Wife and proud mom of two was born in Panama City, Panama. Vivian has called the Kentucky area home since 1998. She loves Louisville and surrounding counties not just for its amazing opportunities and welcoming community, but because it is a great area to play, live and work.
She attended Sullivan University where she earned a degree in Business Administration and Marketing.
Vivian is a former restaurateur and worked as a case manager and job developer for local refugee resettlement agencies.

In 2005, she became a labor union representative for 12 years advocating for workers in the protein and retail sectors.
Currently, she partners with her husband in Tiles by Angel. A family-owned company that specializes in remodeling and installation of tile, hardwood, and flooring in residential, new construction and commercial properties. In addition, they invest and renovate distressed properties.
She finds joy in cooking, traveling, dancing, and spending time with family and friends. When able, her and her children volunteer in community organizations such as Feed Louisville and La Casita Center.
Vivian strives for diligently assisting clients in the sale or purchase of property with integrity and professionalism.
